Our Pulmonary rehab program was created to help address a multitude of problems that a patient with a pulmonary diagnosis and their loved ones deal with when seen in the home setting. What makes our program unique is, along with your typical skilled nursing and therapy services we deploy a Respiratory Therapist as medical consult to fill the gaps usually not under typical home health care services. The Respiratory therapist can complete a full assessment of the respiratory system, educate and train on proper use of supplemental respiratory appliances, alert patient and caregivers on symptoms that may require additional interventions. Our primary goal here is to empower and educate the patient and family on managing their lives and anxiety while dealing with a breathing disorder at home.
