Our Wound Care program address simple wounds to complex wounds for patients in the home setting under the guidance of a physician. Our wound care nurses are trained use simple wound management techniques to advanced wound vac applications to facilitate healing and prevent infections. Nurses are also there to educate patients on proper nutrition and medication management to expedite healing. With a comprehensive team approach, our primary goal here is to improve wound healing and decrease pain associated with the wound.
